One Week          $235.00 plus electric

One Month        $325.00 - 400.00 plus electric

The monthly site rate is dependent upon the lot size and amenities.

Includes:

Our sites include 30 or 50 amp electric service, water, sewer, Wi-Fi, trash, and laundry facilities.

​Electric is charged at $0.14 per kWh for monthly renters.

Some sites have fenced in areas for pets, some have patios or decks.

Coming soon: The Maricopa Recreation Center with pool table, Foosball table, card tables, kitchen, a shower, a meeting room, plenty of room for community events, and more.
